The absolute best browser is lightning.
I recently switched to Firefox nightly though, because of Firefox sync and it also integrates better with focus.
How I feel about it:
+ Extension support
+ Firefox sync
- slower than lightning and chrome (definitely usable though)
- mediocre scrolling
Overall it's ok. I'm not a heavy Phoenix browser user anyway, and when I have to look up one thing really quickly I use Firefox focus anyway, which is faster than pretty much anything else.

FF focus would be the best if it at least had bookmarks, history and multiple tab support.
Don't tell me those functionalities would slow it down to the abysmal level of vanilla FF.
