Why would you ever do that though? My first ever PC from '97 with a P75 (amazingly managed to bumparoo it to 225MHz or some crazy shit like that) 64MiB memory had a 2GB hard drive. Maybe an old flash drive but that's almost certainly USB2, good luck booting on that regardless of size.

Got a bunch of ancient HP thin clients at work that used to run windows embedded (glorified XP)
They can still be useful, but they only have like 2GB IDE flash.
It's not much, but it beats doing everything on USB thumb drives.
