Could you just tell me how those 3 buttons at the top are setup in KLWP?
My guess is that each one toggles a global switch, but when you tap on media for example, how does it know to disable the current switch that's toggled on?

So the top icons actually didn't do anything in the original release. They did automatically darken the page that you were on. What I did was find the items (L Top Menu, M Top Menu, R Top Menu), set a Touch Action in KWLP.
Set the Action as a Launch Shortcut > Nova Action > Jump To Page
Rinse and repeat for all three buttons.
If you want the sound, do a second Touch Action > Launch shortcut > task shortcut with the desired sound.
The skin has a couple issues, it doesn't work in landscape mode, and the animations eat battery life. Also in the first screen shot you can see the Unread Email counter doesn't work. I have to fiddle with that.
