Hard to tell. There's a logo on the snare head, but that's not necessarily indicative of the brand of the whole kit. It's hard to make out, but kinda looks like the Gretsch logo. Probably a cheapy I'm assuming, unless this person decided to go all out.
Edit to add: Gretsch makes a wide range of drum kits from cheap beginner kits to pro kits.
It's some really low quality junk kid's starter set. There was a crowdfunding page set up a while back.
