mcdonalds is losing profits in the US while here they are gaining ground.
Most of the new additions to the menu are tested here first and we effectively invented the dinner box and McCafe. Face it yanks, Australia is the new McDonalds capital of the world and we have the third most per capita in the world (behind Japan and the US).
The quality of food is so much better here too. I had maccas in two yank cities (NYC and LA) and it was fucking awful. I can see why none of you buy it over there. Here we have super qts that work there and the food is fuckin YUMMY.
The only thing better about american McDonald's is the drink / fries sizes. They need a fourth size here. If they are worried about "supersize" stigma then they should just call it "extra large".
