Yeah you missed out on teenage life but those days arnt gonna come back so there is no point in feeling bad about it. Instead focus on college, people change a lot during college, you can make new life long friends and really enjoy life. College is probably the last part of your life where you can afford to be a little carefree and enjoy life uninhibited without anything nagging you in the back of your mind. After this life is not the same, you have to work and you are responsible for your actions.
So I say go to college, try changing yourself during college years because this is almost your last chance.
