Why don't japanese try to speak good english...

Why don't japanese try to speak good english? We spanish don't have a good accent but we don't made out words or add letters like they do.
.
Why do they say "I speaku englishu with my
doteru"?

The same reason native English speakers cant roll r's and understand tonal differences in Chinese languages
there are under 150 different sounds in the Japanese language when English has thousands. The reason they add sounds is because when words are written in Katakana they are pronounced that way.

>memorize English words in a way of katakana pronunciations
>encounter actual gaijin
>say something in katakana English, but the gaijin doesn't understand me at all
>lost confident and motivation of learning English

everytime

Due to mora rhythm and pitch accent. These two are characteristics of Japanese pronunciation.

Native english speakers haven't had 50 years of chinese adverts in their tv

Oh, That's a baseball!

The Japanese language is much more different compared to English than Spanish, plus they aren't as exposed to it as Spanish people are. If they don't consume as much anglophone media or need it as much as a Spaniard does, they aren't going to become very good at it.

We should not bully Japanese people on Sup Forums.

WTF I LOVE ENGLISH NOW.

we aren't exposed to it either since everything in here is dubbed, if you don't have a real interest in learning you are completely fucked.

On the contrary, we translate all adverts but japs use like half of their words from english they have been ocupied for 50 years and still they can't speakeru englishu

With that logic everyone that watches enough american media would have an american accent

Because they are pronouncing foreign words relative to their native language you dumbass. I'm sure you pronounce English words similar to how a Spanish person speaks Spanish. Its what we call an accent.

>We spanish don't have a good accent

You Spaniards have THE WORST accent when it comes to Spanish speakers trying to speak English.

because they learn it based on their syllabic sounds

it's not really an accent though because they never really try to learn the real pronunciation in the first place

if you have the vocables like "love" and write it down as "rabu" you will always fail

>we don't made out words or add letters like they do.

sure manolo

>native English speakers cant roll r's

Scottish people do sometimes

orthography comes from spoken language, not the other way around.
so i think it's from restrictions on their phonetic system, not because of katakana

You are spaniard my friend

Japanese English teachers' pronunciation is shitty.

As a Japanese guy, I think we need more American English teachers.

Would you like to pay in women for that?

Your English education system is godawful unfortunately.

Why?

What do you think of Yuta? (the youtuber)

Eres argentino que te crees que eres un nativo de américa?
Eres un medioespañol medioitaliano que vive en américa.
Eso es lo que eres, no renieges de tus orígenes.
Si no fuera por España tu no existirías.

What's the penalty for messing with 13 yo qt japs there as a foreigner?

Vivo y nací en América, eso es lo que importa.
Lo único que cambiaría "si no fuera por España" es que viviría en otra cultura, nada más.

Y si me decís "Spaniard" por tema de sangre, sólo tengo 1/16 de sangre catalana

You don't.

WAITO PIGGU GO HOMU

No, no existirias., no habrías nacido
1/16 de sangre catalana
Yo 3/4

>No, no existirias., no habrías nacido
Sí existiría, pero diferente. No entiendo tu punto.

>yo 3/4
Bien ahí, si eso te hace feliz.

Si tienes un pariente español si no hubiera venido no habría pasado tus genes.

Supongo que es una diferencia de concepto nomás.

Solo jodía un poco tranqui
