I'm Norwegian too, our ISPs are unreasonably greedy about pricing. It isn't all about "muh higher cost of living" in our case, though it factors in. It's probably a consequence of having to subsidise building infrastructure to far-away places.
Try using a mobile in the city. Can get like 200/50
