Hatching Twitter is a good one

Or try books like Getting Things Done or Deep Work

Use a pomodoro timer, try the Hipster PDA method, use the Loop Habit Tracker app, or just get a calendar and put a big red X on every day you stay on task and work on whatever you're trying to accomplish.

Take notes. Set aside your botnet excuse for a while and try Evernote or Keep or OneNote to organize your thoughts and goals. Set reminders on your phone. Put them in your calendar. Schedule time to be productive.

There's a lot of technique and a lot of apps available to help you but without you performing at capacity it's not going to work. Get a good night's sleep, eat well, exercise. These things help you feel better and will affect your mood and desire to produce results.
