>countries who are frying in butter vs. countries who are frying in oil
Is this the metric we've been looking for to finally separate white from nonwhite countries?

butter a shit burns too easily 0/10 would not use again
>nonwhite hotheads who turn the stove up to 11 can't handle butter
there we go
What if we use both depending on the region ?
butter/oil/lard/margarine
>frying with butter or animal fat
enjoy your heart attack faggets.
Butter for certain things, like eggs for example. But if I'm frying something along the lines of meat, I'll probably use olive oil.
Somedays I'll fry my dinner in the oil I fried lunch or dinner in if the dishes aren't too different, maybe I'll keep the bacon grease around and fry a burger in it (with a little added oil if there's not enough).
So you don't burn the butter you fucking leaf
It's totally safe

I just like the way they taste together.
Olive oil master race here
Getting that test level and brain health up with Omega 3's and good fats
I knew what that would be from the preview, not gonna watch that and feel again, can't trick me
For us, it depends on how the frying is done. Most pan-frying is done with butter, but the good old-fashioned American tradition of deep-frying everything that can conceivably be eaten is done with oil.
We often use both together.
Someone explained me the reason but I don't really remember.
fucking britain man
>not using both
Sweden confirmed for non-white
Best combination for steak/searing meat. I wouldn't bother for anything else though
I use both oil and butter.
How does one mix buter and olive oil?
Do you have to melt it and clarify it first?
What if we use both, but still prefer grill over all?
this desu.
butter burns easely and should be used for things that both cook fast and don't need strong seasoning (i.e scrambled eggs, pancakes, omellet, turkey steak) .
olive oil is GOAT for everything else, but it's also more expensive than butter or oil.
I use butter for eggs, especially fried egg. With oil it can become too greasy. With butter the egg is just better.
Oil for pretty much everything else.
>who are frying in butter
plebs
Then you're patrician
Rapeseed oil is the best choice. And healthy.
You use different oils for different cooking techniques, you fucking Swede. It does make a difference.
There is a third and best way - pig fat.
>any oil that isn't olive
go back to your forest home and never post on this site from the only library in finland again
Completely depends on what's in the pan desu
But usually only butter, sometimes 70/30 butter oil
Olive oil is cheap here, why is not cheap in your country, that's right next to Italy
Ok ignore my instructions and die. No problem. Carry on.
>He's never used coconut oil
>He's never used avocado oil
>He's never used sesame oil
>He's never used chili oil
>He's never used canola oil
>He's never used macadamia oil
Brits confirmed for having shit food. No wonder white people hate flavor.
I don't think you're buying olive oil lmao
>eat olive oil and you die
Pekka pls
California grows olives boi, we dont need to import it from mafia dons. It's europe that's dealing with fake olive oil scams
>coconut, canola/rapeseed oil
yuck
>sesame, chili
seasonings
>macadamia, avocado
never used
It really depends on what I'm cooking as to whether I use butter or oil, and which variety of oil for that matter.
Is olive oil tasteless for everyone?
>commie olives
step into this room here sir for a lie detector test
this is the correct answer
Avocado is great for deep frying
I live in Arizona, there's an olive farm and mill a few miles north of me. I've met the guy who makes my olive oil, can you say the same Sven?
This is the AVERAGE Glaswegian man too.
There are tons of commie olives here. The market is basically saturated. Same goes for wine grapes.
>Not using duck fat
fug that sounds really good
Not the same guy but everyone here uses olive oil. Its one of our biggest industries and the basis of our food (and all Mediterranean food). Lots of people usually have someone in the family who makes/made olive oil. My grandparents have a land full of olive trees and they're always giving us 5l bottles of olive oil.
If i could id fry everything with olive oil, even potato chips. Its the best and much healthier.
Olive oil fried chips are popular here, try them
I don't think you understand the fact that the mafia doesn't give us the good stuff.
I only buy olive oil that's made in the USA buddy, like all my food. Shop locally fuck globally
Who /ghee/ here ?
We use gutter oil
Can you deep fry in butter amerika kun?
No, the butter will burn and taste like shit. Canola, avocado, palm, and coconut are the best for frying
Olive oil/butter here
Occasional grapeseed
lol I always love when only the Scots are subtitled
POO
yep I use both of them...
if you're going old fashioned you'd do it in lard tho
Butter and Canola oil master race
>butter regions
worth it
what about places that use lard?
BLACKED
But France is the most buttery region in the world.
They use butter in almost everything.
Who grass fed butter & virgin coconut oil here?
honorable mention for you, good lad
pay debns
>not frying donuts in fat
you hate fun too, right?
We never fry anything with butter. At least here in the south, I've never seen anyone frying stuff with butter. We use olive or sunflower oil to fry stuff.
i use whats the cheapest
My mom uses avocado oil
Glad to be a nonwhite non-barbarian.
I fry in margarine
fuck off god damn sandnigger
Butter is better for higher heat cooking, olive oil/canola oil is good for light sauteing.
This is no so much about nationality than who's dependent on his/her parent's food.
No, third world shitholes fry in fat
It depends on what I'm cooking. For expose I've found scrambled eggs to be more tasty when using butter but for other dishes I just use canola oil. I don't use olive for cooking but rather to dress salads
For example*
oil, if it's ends - butter
>implying I want to live in a world with no butter
Not worth it mayne.
Christ almighty
>netherlands green
Why is that?
Maybe it's the cannabis oil?
You are using shitty oil then. It flavourfull as fuck.
>frying in butter
Enjoy your cancer, retard
>Smoke point of extra virgin olive oil is 210C
>Everyone says you can't deep fry with it
Why is this. That's well above deep frying temperature.
We are women because we use oil.
You can fry with olive oil, but other oils (ie sunflower) are more thermally stable and taste-neutral, they don't give off that kind of taste olive oil does.
>implying butter alone isn't superior
You don't know how to cook a good steak my son.
Piss off gollywog.
>put butter in pan
>put oil in pan
fin
Praise Romance olive oil master race
Depending on the dish*
