Everyone knows the Statue of Liberty so I'll go with Grand Army Plaza instead.

>Milan
>North Italy Best Italy
>Duomo di Milano
>3400+ statues, 66 of which represent the Devil, who helped the builders according to the myths
>200+ low relief
>130+ spires, the central one being 110 meters high having a 4 meters tall gold-plated statue of the Virgin
>almost 500 years to build because damn lazy Spanish stealing our marbles
>Napoleon was crowned King of Italy inside
>5 different ghosts
>so fucking huge and complex it constantly needs restoration
>literally there are always working men because by the time you restore the front the back is already damaged
>not the best cathedral in the world

And fucking Tuscans crying about their Duomo with their shitty dome, and their shitty carved doors.

It's not IN the city but still
>Bingen
>Niederwalddenkmal
Got built after we BTFO the frogs and the creation of the German Empire

>tfw the most famous monument was mostly built by Italians cause we set fire on the whole city before

Teatro alla Scala, one of the most famous theater in the world.

>The Royal Exhibition Building is a World Heritage Site-listed building in Melbourne completed in 1880.
>It was built to host the Melbourne International Exhibition in 1880–81 and later hosted (in the Western annex) the opening of the first Parliament of Australia in 1901.

>Biarritz
>Palais Eugénie

Badshahi Masjid, Lahore

There is nothing interesting in my city. I'll just post a cool looking cathedral from my STATE instead. Itajaí, Santa Catarina.

Or this could work as well for the muh heritage German fags even though Santa Catarina is majority Italian.

old relative of mine that I knew as a kid

>tfw from a pleb city with no remarkable monuments

Notre-Dame de Rouen, tallest building in the world until 1880, where the tumb of Rollo, 1st duke of Normandy, and Richard Lion-heart (?) are.
Not even the most beautiful building in the city.

>Barcelona
>A fucking construction without end

>St Paul's Cathedral
>no not that one, the one in Minnesota

Madrid

İstanbul
Hagia Sophia mosque

The Walhalla, a Greek temple named after a Nordic myth built by a Bavarian king to commemorate German heroes.

It's a really cool place though, especially the views from up the are gorgeous.

Oh and it's near Regensburg above the Danube in Bavaria.
The thing is a lot bigger than you'd expect.
