b-but lost+found is actually useful
for you
It could be created when you actually need it, not the moment you create a file system. 99.999999% of the time it's just an empty eye sore.
.gitconfig

Not Linux per se but if you deal with wincucks "whould you like to scan this device?"
Transferring files from USB device. Unplug USB before finishing or power off computer. The files end up in lost+found.
