No chance. I have had the same thing happen to me- if you can find where the wire is broken you can splice+solder the wires back to fixed. So long as you don't open the earphone itself (it's glued together) it should be fine. They're cheap, so order another pair (if you like them) but keep the old one for parts. If the right earbud goes on the new pair, you can splice the old one together and get some more life out of then.
