okay so, I just finished watching the "Non-Techies" video.
It's a CLI in which scripts are shared amongst all users.
In the example they give, a tech grrl types "pizza", but there is no "pizza" script. She then makes one. Now, when someone else types "pizza", they'll run her script.
So it's mainly just a way to trick people into running your infinite-loop goatse scripts.

XikiHub is the way the command line should be. Helpful. Social. Flexible.
