>Nokia 7
>China exclusive
FUUUUU

Thought i regretted buying the Oneplus 5, but it's cool.

Why Sup Forums still says that the Moto G5 + is better than the G5S+?

What's cool about it?

>spend $520 on xz1 compact
>camera distortion

oh well.

Redmi Note 5 WHEN?

Sony Xperia z3 compact for $150. Ye or no

Solid no. 801 is outdated as FUCK. That shit will run like potatoes compared to a modern phone. Also it's somebody's used goods.

Just buy a Redmi Note 4 for that price

But performance is fine on KitKat right. I don't play mobile games or anything. Also the b life is really good

no

Maybe I'll just get a Moto g5

>Nokia 7
>5.2 inch display
>China exclusive
Worst of all
>can't unlock bootloader
Shit

>KitKat
are you retarded?

That's what the Xperia z3 compact ran at launch, no?

WHY THE FUCK ISN'T THE NOKIA 7 USING SD660 FUUUCK ALL PHONES OUT RIGHT NOW SUCK ASS

>62982828
That's why I'm thinking of getting one, the design looks really nice

fucked that up

Next year

Does the regular x4 have the 2 years guaranteed updates or is that just for the android one version?

I don't think we'll see the SD 660 in many midrangers because the performance difference between it and the 835 its no really that big and I don't think manufacturers want to see their $1000 phones almost matched by $200 chinkphones

According to the verge, just the android one version

Just got the pixel 2 and there's an extremely annoying hissing coming from the top speaker as well as a rhythmic clicking sound coming from the speaker. these happen as long as the phone is on. The only way to stop the camera clicking is by using the camera.

Is this happening to anyone else or is my phone fucked

this is a "premium" device

Seriously though try a factory reset or RMA.

Cheaper, better battery life, and instead of giving the S a better camera, they literally gave it two even shittier cameras

Are there any good gallery apps (preferably with proper hidden file support) that supports subfolders? I.E. if you have

Is the Xiaomi note 2 the best option for american use? I was going to get the first Mix but I don't want to pay $20 more for the worse device?

Moto z play or moto g5s plus?

which smartphone do I need to get her as a gf

Z Play

that's just how you know it's old as fuck

Opinions on huawei m8 10 or m8 10 pro?

Depends on which bands you have available.

Buy the HTC 10.

Be sure to buy it unlocked though, VZW and sprint will load the thing up with shitware and patch android to the point of it becoming unrootable.

B2:1900, B4:1700/2100, B17:700, and B30:2300 for 4G.

Greetings,

a few months ago i got a brand new lg 4g. Last night i plugged it in to charge, i woke up in the middle of the night to check it and it was extremely hot and stuck on the booting screen. when i restart it just stays on the booting screen endlessly.

does anyone have any idea what happened/how to fix this?

i have an assumption somethings wrong with the soc and was wondering if baking the phone would solder the chip back to the mobo

Is the Galaxy S8 active the best phone of 2017?

Why the fuck would you buy a LG G4 in 2017?

because i only had $100 to spend and i wasn't completely aware its issues

I have the option to get either the Moto G5 Plus (2gb RAM) or the Samsung A5 (3gb RAM) for roughly the same price. I wish I had the option to get the Z Play but it's not in stock, the discount ends this month and they won't even tell me an estimate price.
I lean towards the A5 but I'm fucking scared of having a glass phone. My previous Moto phones have survived everything.
Currently own a Moto G3 with 8gb internal and 1gb ram and it's awful.

get a job tehn get a clue birdbrain

should i get the iphone 10 or wait for s9?

Redmi 5X when?

Why is every flagship so bad?
>HTC/Motorola
They're jokes now
>Samsung
Nice hardware but shit software and small battery
>Xiaomi/Huawei/Nokia
Chink shit
>Sony
Nice bezels
>Google
Overpriced and shit hardware minus camera
>Apple
iOS is garbage
>OnePlus/Essential
Overhyped

I want to get a flagship but there's nothing worth the cost. I guess I'll be sticking with my Moto G4 for the next half decade

HTC U11 would be the best phone of this year if it had a headphone jack, as it stands Asus zenfone 4 pro looks like it will be the best phone once it comes out

Z Play, between these two.

not that user but im interested too

Or get a G5+.

Calling Nokia phones chinkshit is like calling iPhones chinkshit since they are manufactured in the same factories and are designed under the same model, the only difference is that one is designed in Cupertino and the other one in Espoo(Finland)

>don't want Android
>don't want Apple
>Windows Mobile is utterly kill

What's an user to do?
I suppose if I had to pick between Android and Apple, I'd get the iPhone, but I miss comfy Windows Phone.

>moto x4 $700
>pixel 2 $1079

fuck you australia

Gallery (A gallery for viewing photos and videos) - f-droid.org/app/com.simplemobiletools.gallery

It's simply called gallery so I sent a link be aide the name wouldn't help.

I currently have a iPhone 5 on 10.3.3
It's pretty slow and the battery is rubbish. I was android before I had to use this for the last two months because it was lying around.

I want to get back into android. Looking at a LG G6 with the quad dac. Will G6 prices drop appreciably when the V30 launches in Aus? Are there any other phones that offer a competitive price to the LG with similar performance, camera and headphone jack?

I just replaced the screen on my Moto X Pure, and after booting it back up again the battery read 27% (much lower than before I disassembled) and has read exactly the same since then (about 3 hours).

Should I let the phone battery run dry and then recharge it and see if it fixes itself? Is there a battery sensor that I fucked up when disassembling/reassembling?

>pre-ordering anything ever
Don't you know that these are refurbished pre production units? Lmaoing @ retards buying literal prototypes with flickering grainy screens, clicking cameras and hissing speakers.

what's the best place to learn about smart phones and prepaid data plans? i've only ever had a prepaid cellphone a long time ago and now use land only. i want to get a prepaid smartphone that's prepaid for calls/sms and also has an internet connection attached. is that possible? when i tried googling it all i got was shill shit and it wasn't talked about

Any issues with the mi max 2

Buy phone that supports lte bands of your carrier

Put in simcard from prepaid carrier into phone of choice and use it

Not that magical, you're probably not getting results because you have the wrong idea.

Should I get the G6, or just save up for an S8 or iPhone?

i want to get a plan that doesn't have lots of recharge time and is repaid. i see plans which are like that, but i also want a internet connection too.

when i try and google stuff like prepaid comparison and similar stuff it's just shill shit where the top companies are listed only and it doesn't even show prepaid without recharge fees. i'm clueless when it comes to the different carriers and which is best for me

How's the Nokia 8 regarding preinstalled apps?

Thinking of picking up an S8 and selling my iPhone 6S, any decent deals on unlocked versions?

Is it harder to find a decent phone nowadays or am I just not used to it anymore? I'm using an aging LG G4 for a couple of years, which I got to replace a Moto X2. I loved that phone, but that camera was terrible, but since switching to the G4 is has been the opposite, with a great camera but lots of problems elsewhere. For some reason it runs fine to this day with no bootloops though, so it's mostly other annoyances like the plastic body, shit buttons which are on an awkward position and don't work half the time, bad LCD with constant image persistence, the LG skin and general slowdowns.
I'm not a heavy phone user, so I don't need and don't even have an use for $800 premium phones, but I still want something that feels premium and isn't an annoyance to use, but it seems like everything has some compromise. I wouldn't mind an average camera like my old Moto X2 because I have a DSLR, as long as, like that phone, it still feels high quality. The new Moto X4 seems great in pretty much every regard, but the Nokia 7 also looks quite promising. Are there any other phones I should be looking at? Not in a rush to buy one, so I can wait a month or two.

nexus 5 here, still runs OKish

you pretty much have to compromise with any phone on the market right now
just get an iphone 6 or something, its pretty cheap

Redmi note 4 or mi A1

qt

i really want to buy an android but because of peer pressure i'm "forced" to get an iphone. feels really bad man

I'd rather not. I'm really into ricing and I don't want to lose that by moving to iOS. iPhones are also way too small for my big hands.

Are there any Sup Forums approved phones for like 70-80 euro?

I've found the chink phones to be higher quality build than shit like lg or moto, Xiaomi is better than both on even their shitty cheap phones

what exactly is the advantage of having a newer version of Android?
from what I see, not coming out of the box with the newest version and thus being behind on updates is always considered a bad thing for a smartphone

A1 for the stock Android

Android nougat has some nice battery saving features. but besides that as long as you don't have like KitKat or something you should be okay

New features basically. Newer versions improve performance and battery life.

where can you even buy the A1

Online, they're mostly selling it in China and India

I must buy one of the following devices so please enlighten me which one.
Xiaomi redmi note 5a (2+16)
Xiaomi redmi 4x (3+32)
Xiaomi redmi 4(2+16)

Out of those, Redmi 4X but I'd really recommend you to try stretch your budget for a Redmi Note 4 / 4X (with SD625)

Is there any gallery app that lets you search filenames in the"file picker"?

what's her nationality?
she cute

Country: The Netherlands
Carrier: Unlocked
Wanted Features: Fingerprint Scanner
Budget: €200
Size: 5'+

What's the best to get?

Holy shit guys please help me I just dropped my galaxy s7 from like a 50cm drop and now the screen is just fucked in a weird way. The top half of the screen scans down when unlocking, then it keeps trying to reveal more of the display but it starts going dark and purple, while the bottom half of the screen fills with purple static. What the fuck is this? Not damage visible except a small crack on the edge of the protective tampered glass. I was planning to send my galaxy to the service becaue I have issues with receptions, how much will it cost to fix this up? Can it be fixed at home? Can I blame it on the delivery or say it didnt drop it to get away with it? I turned it off for now.

A dildo up ur arse

how about Huawei nova 2i?

y-you too

Xiaomi Mi A1

thanks lad

bump

Xiaomi Mi A1, Moto G5S+ or X4?

Mi A1

The extra $ is for the grainy screen :^)

Wow your test levels must be negative

If money isn't a concern and I have no need for root or vanillla Android, is the Note8 the best phone to buy right now?

>Not damage visible except a small crack on the edge of the protective tampered glass.
>tampered glass
Well of course you have a problem if your display was tampered with

Literally everyone makes fun of Iphones. Also stop being a doormat if somehow you really are ""forced"" to buy a diffent phone.
