Are labor unions work well in your cunt?

Are labor unions work well in your cunt?
One of my co-worker came back from France after appointment as manager there, he almost cried out and wouldn't talk nothing in detail.

Labour unions are fraud

They are legalized mafia, which should be removed with no exceptions.

>fraud
Just same as here.
Most of unions have made a robust compromise with their employer, and only decent way to be taken is to call local communist party office and devastate whole situation, including my own life. Cool.

But stepping up to an executive member of Union is relatively easier way to be a member of the House of Councillors.

It's price fixing, but for labor. When you decide that one plus one doesn't equal two, even if nothing illegal is going on(and it always is in American unions), things go awry.

I have never dreamed concept of union exist in US.
Some senpai draw his pistol and everybody there applause to it is what I have supposed.

Bad unions are what went wrong for the american workers

it is a good thing. Worker's rights do matter.

You have no idea, Danebro. When American conpanies were dying or jumping ship, a lot of their unions had the capital to buy out their owners. Instead, the union bosses robbed their coffers and took off for the hills, of course. What else could we expect from these communists parasites? The unions and companies that survived found a happy balance, for them at least. Though all workers are charged union dues, benefits only apply to workers who reach a certain number of hours, or seniority, or classification, or whatever.

And what that REALLY means is management and specialists.

I'm appalled whenever I hear an American defending them, and that happens from time to time. It usually goes like:"they might be assholes now, but I think they were necessary at one point." Ignoring that ultimately, like you said, they screwed the American worker.

French worker's unions bitching about everything is the reason its a good country libertarian scum

Yeah, imagine if every nation was run like gm Fremont

I'd rather go a national strike to accept Japanese-Brazilian as our young citizen than to have foreign immigrants.

One of our material supplier go bankruptcy.
Not because of short of money but It didn't produce "reasonable" profit for its owner.
What we found as substitution is either expensive or poor quality or both.

What their union have done ?

I'm sorry, I'm trying to understand you. Do you mean

What would the union do differently if they owned the business?

A union job is all the reasonable profit an American worker needs. $50 an hour and literally impossible to fire, no matter how lazy or stupid or violent or drunk you are. Assuming things didn't get worse (har har) they couldve continued working for themselves.

Unions only serve the already rich babyboom generation with good jobs here. They are pure cancer.

Unions stopped being relevant here in the 1970s. And for good cause. Greedy Mafia-affiliated fuckers. There used to be a time when if a trucker didn't join the Teamsters, he could wake up one morning and find his rig set on fire and things of that nature.

You really think i know what this minor shit is when you dont even know what happened in 1968 in France?

Sorry, friend. Gm Fremont was an enormous factory here in the US. It was a shitshow, to make a long story short.

I mentioned it because it's a nice illustration of everything wrong with late industrial America.

Sorry for my poor English.

I mean
1. I am working in a manufacturing company.
2. But a material supplier of our company suspend their business.
3. Because the owner of the supplier
company thought it didn't earn proper profit for him and he was unwilling to invest more for new facility. Therefore he decided to sell it.
4. As a result, until the negotiation with new owner get settled, their factory will suspend production and our company have to use expensive and low quality material instead of their products.

And my opinion,
・If there is a union in the material company, it should arrange things to continue their business while owner is uncertain.
・Because to suspend their business may be worst for their reputation and employment, so it must be the time Union have to work for.

The supplier company is relatively large one and they should have a union.
And I wonder what they have done instead of to protect worker's credibility.

Thanks to making an effort to understand my English.

>・If there is a union in the material company, it should arrange things to continue their business while owner is uncertain.
I can't say for Japan, but this isn't generally how things work here. The Union is there to make sure its member get paid. So, they'd probably be able to make sure their members continue to get paid during the shut down, but they can't make the employer actually let them work if he doesn't want to produce anything atm.

>Labor Unions
Serve their purpose I guess but are of no use to me personally.
My biggest gripe is basing everything on seniority, joe schmo age 60 who has arthritis and is on the brink of collapse is getting paid more than any young employee.
It's obviously not a terrible thing to provide a safety net for employees and end of life options, but basing nearly everything in your organization on who has been around the longest is an inefficient way to run things.

This is most likely why unions have never taken hold in the engineering or programming world. Most people in those fields hate "seniority" and can't stand the thought of someone getting paid more because of their time spent in the union.

How is life in Japan?
I'm looking for a country to move to, one that won't fill me with immense stress
Is Japan relaxed or is it some shithole full of liberals?

Sorry to derail the thread jap-user

Lol @ all the bootlickers in here tbqh
Worst kind of cuck

I can't assure you of your happy life here, unless you are very high skilled programmer or something.
To be Gaijin worker is so unstable here as I observe. Even in there are not a few foreign co-worker in my office (from France, Poland, German, Canad etc), I always wonder why they chose this place to live.
If you could speak at least in English and manage to find the way to become a "SEI-SHAIN (permanent staff )" in Large company (as TOYOTA), it is worth coming here.
And if you are a student I really want you to visit here and see how this country really is.

Besides I think myself as liberal and facing great stress these days with those right wing politicians who thought its not their grandfathers who lead this country to the war and end up with lose.

Mishter Britain why you shay such a shing nano jee?
