Windows 7, I've tested myself and anywhere from 1-15% higher frame rate on the same games / hardware than windows 10. Though a couple of newer games run a little better in 10 so... Hit or miss senpai.

I'm a user that migrated to this from win7. Same stuff stated above: dx 12 is a meme and besides better everyday use performance, gaming performance has gotten worse in 10. (got last gen i7 and gtx series 10 gpu)
