ニュース技術 is an unfamiliar word even for me. I assume it's like the IT technologies of news distributions or something.
「ニュース技術」is a pretty strange wording for me.
I would just translate it as "news technology" whatever that means.

The song was made by making three different tracks using LSDJ. These were then recorded natively from a gameboy, once for each track. Finally, they were combined to form the final song.
In a sense, there could have been three different gameboys or just one. They were probably all the same type, though.
