Depends on what you want to do, OP. If it's for the hell of it, learn the one you like the most. If you're looking for the easiest out of the group, learn Spanish.
If you're looking to live or do business with in any of those countries, learn that country's language.
Spanish will give you the most milage since it has a spread as wide as English, and iirc is actually spoken more as a native and 2nd language than English. Granted, most Spanish speaking countries are 3rd world shitholes, but have exploitable emerging economies for the business savvy, otherwise don't even look at those countries.
Japan is already developed and has a good economy and has a lot of culture you may like more than Spanish / Latino or Fin culture (which I assume because you're here).
Can't say anything in Finland.
