The "Tijuana" is pretty much the standard in Mexico, except chopped tomato and non grilled onions + pickled jalapeƱos tend to be the norm. God tier hot dogs in Mexico are generally stands ran by deported chicanos who do know how to properly work the steamer for the bread. IMHO given the love Americans have for hot dogs no one beats that country. New York hot dogs reign supreme.
