Battle for Wesnoth!
Nethack, other roguelikes, especially dwarf fortress. Freeorion.

OpenTTD

Some steam gaymes still work. League also works I think

I play a game called "program something for fun" - it's really fun, you get to make something that you want to make and there are no rules! You can use any language you want, and make anything you want!

You should try it, it's almost like doing something productive with your life instead of wasting away like a filthy neet.

Europa Universalis currently.
It is not like there are no games on Linux, the steam library is quite large, compared to what the memers of Sup Forums tell you.

It has a lot of problems running through wine, but why would you play league anyway when a better, not pay to win moba exists with a better Linux port?

Only poorfags fear the microtransaction

Yes, I am sorry that I do not have over a thousand dollars to blow on game when I can get a better game for free, without it being pay to win.

If you want to throw away your money at garbage, fine.

This occupies most of my time desu

The “I moved to Linux to impress Sup Forums“ meme.
Nice.

Right now I play cuphead.
I don't have that much time to play and thst is something I can do when I have a few minutes.
You need wine to run it, but it runs fine.
I used to play hon when it was $10 for the game. Then they added micro transactions and the game got worse.
You earned enough digital currency to get the voice mods and skins but I don't like it when it affects which heroes to play etc.
With dota, we played ardm and the one where you may drop items. Having to learn all the heroes was just as much part of the game as learning to play as a team.
Micro transactions is not a good thing for players.

Get a second GPU and do a Windows VM with PCI passthrough.

Try reading a book or doing something productive. Something that's not a waste of time.

But it takes so long

Elona+, brogue, poschengband, Divinity series, handled emulation

This.

DOTA 2

Time enjoyed is never time wasted.

>reading a book
I highly recommend the stormlight archive series and basically every other book written by Brandon Sanderson

vns

I've heard great things about this series. Going to dive in soon.

Good on you. The third book just came out, unfortunately I'm away from home and don't have time to read it

This.

Kys hedonist NEET.

Two 17ths is correct, they have the same play time, and it looks like that user is hiding 11th.

Try Factorio. It's like crack but more addictive.

>Try reading a book or doing something productive.

>Read a feminist book
>Not considered a waste of time

Games 4 life you fucking nigger

SHENZHEN I/O

When I play, which is rarely, I play on consoles.

Programming sometimes can be a very autistic and fun game, as long what you're programming is fun.

Emulators in particular are horribly addictive, but i don't recommend putting too much effort into one, or you will end like Byuu.

Dungeon crawl stone soup!

>reading books
What a waste of time, you should be playing an instrument and making a metric fuckton of money like me

>not just using windows for everything and forgetting about meme OSes

Schenzen I/O, TIS-100
Mostly games that don't require fast mouse movements (since I use Linux on a laptop)

Naev and Endless Sky. Also Ur-Quan Masters.

These games are space-themed crack.

Sup Forums i...

Load up on emulators PC gaming is shit this gen.

No kidding.

Just watch a movie instead.

Enemy territory.

any source game with cheats*

I play old PS1 and SNES JRPGs and old PC WRPGs

>build $2000 computer
>literally al I've done since is playing indie rpg maker games and browsing Sup Forums

Memes aside, I really do this nowadays. I probably spend more time writing mods or modding existing mods than I do playing the games. There are some insanely clever people out there and pouring through what they wrote or how they did it is worth all the spaghetti code most people make.

3dpd about to die from malnourishment

>being this obeseminded
You might not like it, but that's what peak aesthetics look like.

Sorry, I'm not into necrophilia, someone needs to feed that girl

Just install steam and look what games which games run on linux. Congrats for leaving the botnet.

Tux Racer is the only game you need. I've spent literally years playing it, the only game I've played more than World of Warcraft
