Damn I want to tittyfuck that whore

I plug my headphones into my computer

whatever they put in my hp probook 4520s and a 1$ AAA powered jack speaker for my mp3 player

Still using my aincent Audigy 2 ZS. Sadly only for playback, because the drivers are shit for x64 Windows. Have a old 2.1 Creative speaker.

standard setup

>Sony MDR-110

Scarlett 2i2 gen 2

>Sennheiser HD800S

Arcam a65 amplifier + 2 kef ls50

Install daniel_k's drivers my man. It's still a viable card.

danielkawakami.blogspot.fi/

I'm using my X-fi Titanium with daniel_k's drivers and they unlock every possible setting and work like a dream. My Win 7/10 sounds have crashed maybe once because I switched sound mode while playing youtube video but no bluescreens/sound bugs/anything negative ever.

I did have to install my Audigy ZS 2 Gold jumping through hoops on Win7 but it was because the card doesn't PCI well. Thinking about switching to Audigy ZS from Titanium because muh gold plated holes.

I'm about to buy this
amazon.com/dp/B00XOXRTX6/

and get this to plug it into(plus a cable since the above doesn't come with one)
amazon.com/dp/B00EK1OTZC

And if I have any success with what I'm planning to record I'm going to replace the chinkshit microphone with a used one of these or similar

A bit overly complicated, honestly. I wish I could find a single device which handled USB + S/PDIF DAC, aux stereo input(s), headphone amp and stereo line out of the selected source, which also did not require active USB in order to function.

It looks something like this, hopefully the spacing doesn't get fucked.
[ PS3 Toslink ] ==> [ V-DAC ]
[ USB ] ==========> [ II ] ==> [ RCA ] [ ] ==> [ NAD C 326BEE ] ==> [ Monitor Audio Bronze BX2 ] + [ BK Gemini II sub ]
| switch | ==> | O2 |
[ Sound card ] =================> [ box ] [ ] ==> [ HD650 ]

(Even if they don't buy the product you linked to, you get a cut of anything they buy for the next 24 hours on the website)

Tidal > Chord Mojo > Westone W60

>all these people who fell for the external DAC/amp meme

desktop: f2k => schiit fulla 2 => audeze lcd2 / jbl lsr 2325

the 2325s are total ass out of the box because they used bad capacitors in them that swell and make the speakers start buzzing at a deafening volume after a few months of use, but I got them replaced and they're perfect now

planning on upgrading to a schiit jotunheim w/ dac module soon

tv: apple tv 4 + plex => emotiva ta 100 => b&w 602 s3

pretty comfy, may replace the atv soon since it's the only apple thing I have but it was a gift so idk

Speaking of audio does anyone have a good recommendation for a headset?
Im not looking for some high end audiophile headset but a decent one.

Im spending 150 usd at max and if possible I'd like to get a wireless onem I
Have a pair of plyr 1's i like the sound quality of them but the build quality of them is pretty shit.

Just get a good set of headphones and a Modmic. Most dedicated headsets are overpriced 'XTREME GAMER' garbage anyway.

schiit modi/magni
AKG K7XX from massdrop
it's pretty good

Do you have any recommendations? The only proper headphones are a pair of
Beats
i got for christmas a while back.
I have big ears so id like a larger cup size

sennheiser hd 500 series headphones are the most comfortable i've ever tried, but the cups aren't exacly massive though they are oval shaped and quite deep because the drivers are angled.

I have an Audigy 2 sitting in storage. I honestly thought I had it installed in this machine I'm on now, but I don't. I've always used KX drivers with it but haven't upgraded past Win7 x64 so I don't know how well they work with anything past that.

I still have a couple of SBLive's too. One is in my "ye olden schoolen" P3-750 based DAW running KX drivers.

Xonar DGX sound card.

Memeheiser GAME ONE headset.

It's pretty good. Don't think the memeheisers were worth $350 though. They are open back so all the sound escapes and it sounds like you're destroying your ears from the outside but it's really not as loud as it sounds.

I hear moving vehicles in PUBG wayyyyyyyyy before my room mates hear them, if they even hear them at all. They vouch for my god-like sound setup

why

Altec Lansing speakers

Good sound, but it crashes all the time, especially with low-latency ASIO recording but also when I do nothing special like watching youtube.
I have to unplug and replug it to make it work after crash.

Woulda done about as good with a Lexicon Alpha for $50.

I have a black curvy thing going over my head. It has the letters "AKG" on the side. The soft pad things aren't connected anymore, they just stay there from clamp forces and some small amount of residual glue. They're pretty dirty so it sometimes makes my ears red and itchy. It plugs into a green hole on the top of my computer. It lets me hear things.
