I like it, I feel like we're going for a similar thing.
Props for doing something different, however I think your biggest problem is your icon pack. It's green, yeah, but they don't match your wp and overall aren't great.
Aight, I'm not a fan of icons being so high up though.
I get why people do this, but I really don't like the way it looks. Well done for the style though, just not my taste.

Any of you peeps getting any lag while scrolling on the app drawer in Nova Launcher? I noticed that no matter the ROM I use it always manages to get somewhat laggy after a while and I really don't know what causes it, because anything else but the launcher is smooth.

Ikr? The biggest problem with Blackberry launcher is that both the top and the bottom of the screen has shadows, so it won't change much even if I find a wallpaper which is the same colour as the app drawer button. I wonder if I can change this aspect if I install a different theme...
