What do you think of Crow?
Also what do you use idea for? I never used it but feel disgusted by ideashills normally, which is the reason for it.

I was thinking about learning Tcl for a scripting language, and I might as well check out Tk while I'm at it. Is it worth it?
>Large projects language/framework
I generally use Fortran and/or C.

Just started using git

vim

I like the idea of crow but sadly everyone in web gets war flashbacks when C++ is mentioned. Probs we'll see more of the opposite sooner or later, I recall there existing another Facebook project besides Proxygen that did not only proxying but also routing.
Also I use Idea for Java and TypeScript, they get unwieldy very quickly and it's annoying having to refactor an interface + 10 usages. I do TS in nvim too but because "lol node" sometimes program state gets so out of hand I need a visual debugger that is as painless as possible. It's a matter of habit I guess, I got baited by the free Idea student license.

TS/JS, Nodejs, Python, whatever is good for quick shit, mostly dependent on application.

Was thinking of picking up typescript. How does it fair vs standard JavaScript for webdev.
