Shadowplay is objectively the easiest to use

raw ffmpeg

ffmpeg -f x11grab -s 1280x720 -framerate 60 -i :0.0 -f alsa -i hw:0,1 -vcodec h264 -crf 20 -tune touhou -preset veryfast -profile high -level 5.1 -pix_fmt yuv420p -acodec aac -q:a 2 rtmp://twitch.com/whatever

Shadowplay is nice if you have a shit CPU, as is often the case, most people are still sitting on their 2500k's or some such and while they're still good for getting playable frame rates in games, you're not going to be encoding video in the background with them.
If you have a CPU with a ton of cores and can afford to eat the overhead, then CPU-based encoders are better as they just do more stuff, especially if you want to stream and record video at the same time.

ReLive.

obs is ez

video games =/= software relating to video game

I used fraps.
Obs for screen recording and streaming say like an emulator.
Shadowplay for most everything else.
It saves me so much time editing wise to have 1-2m clips to work with instead of manual "hit the record button cause something might happen" recordings.
t.1,500ish videos on youtube

fuck off

This is the most versatile solution

OBS master race!

Shadowplay is a mess. Only records entire screen, often doesn't work at all, often results in corrupt recording. Also often has random electronic noise that is not coming from any input device or application.

It's also pic related

Obs can use your gpu.

It just works.

very very interesting. is it 10x faster thsn obs?

relive

This, I don't even use shadowplay or ReLive. I do all my recording with OBS.

OBS because it's free as in freedom and beer.

-level 5.1
bit risky but okay

OBS if your CPU isn't a pleb, its the most flexible

how would an fx6300 with a 750ti do with obs?

I will have you know I have no idea what I am doing though I have never used obs

lol shadowplay..

NVENC is open tons of open source tools use it fucking gamer retard winbabies.

>NVENC is open tons of open source tools use it fucking gamer retard winbabies.
it's slower and uses too much CPU

No it isn't it hardly uses any cpu at all and the latency is like 3-4ms.

I've got a 4300 and 750 ti and it's really not very good, I don't think it would be much different for you.

wth m8

Just use shadow play then, I'm on a Ryzen 7 CPU and it takes half of it to do high quality capture
