OP here, how did you overclock it? If I change the BCLK even slightly it doesn't boot. I didn't tinker with it since 4.3 ghz is enough but how did you do it

Typically, I don't think so especially if it's a R5 produced this late, but there definitely has been ryzen chips that clock to 4 ghz on stock cooler.

I wouldn't be doing 1.4V on the stock cooler, but you should be able to get 3.7 or so even at stock voltage. There's no reason to really push it for a couple of hundred extra MHz other than for the sake of it.

this is maxed out as far as I can tell. Fails Intel Burn Test on 1.25V or with same voltage at 4.5GHz

I fear that my 600w PSU is actually too weak to handle this CPU and my 1080ti both overclocked. I get Voltage limit readings from a measly +15 core OC with 125% power usage on it.
