Not when 5ms IPS exists

>t. ex pro gamer

4ms you mean

Yeah, but even 5ms is enough. 2ms is better, but skill trumps that kind of gap any day of the week, and you have a monitor that doesn't like like complete trash.

Yeah, but what about the color lmao.

Close Enough

Because TN technology allows faster response time while being cheaper

...

Who needs colors, i want performance

I want both, and I'm good enough to use something that gives me both. In the past anyway.

follow your heart

I did, and I was great. Don't care anymore.

MEMES

SED monitors when.

AMVA is literally better than TN in every way while being just as chep.
TN doesn't need to exist at this point
If you bought TV within this decade you're a complete clueless moron.

AMVA is objectively superior to mediocre run of the mill IPS in every metric while beng as cheap and as fast as TN

hello, me from 2008 :)

My 40" 4K VA monitor is more accurate the my 20" IPS Dells and 24" IPS Eizos, but for gaming it's TN all the way (can't beat 240hz).

>postulating an initial open ended question then changing the question to one that seeks validation for your own opinionated answer to the initial question disregarding that the initial question is open ended and has no definitive correct answer

TN should fucking die already.

TN monitors are the only ones with ~1ms response times

IPS, obviously

>Have a TN
>Compare it with my old CRT and see massive difference in contrast
>Try a Dell IPS at work
>It's not any better

LCDs were a mistake.
