Yeah. Tbh my japanese is really shitty, for official standards. I could maybe pass N2 since past a certain level kanji meanings become very guessable, but it wouldn't be a proper "pass".
Despite this, it's good enough to be considered really good in the h-translation scene.
I tried translating documents once or twice, but it's only worth the time spent if you make people pay for an official translator fee, and many aren't ready to spend that much money.

Definitely. They of course prefer a native speaker or a haafu over a foreigner with N2, especially online.
You could for sure pass N2, without even studying for it. Heck, I managed it, sure you can.
N1 is more reliant on kanjis and isn't as guessable, as they use kanjis that even native speakers don't really use. But it's not impossible...
