My french is a rusty
I kekd, sorry, you said it the way a guy from France would say it, and its not appropriate since its a very Quebecois thing to say.
Heres how Id say it:
vocaroo.com
Oh boy
W-was it correct? I heard the way you said it and it was much faster
I couldnt hear much and it didnt sound correct, like Parisian French but with more Maghreb
If you listen to mine youll hear the vowels are much different to Parisian French, more similar to Belgian or Norman French
Holy shit, how do you even differ all these words. It's like one vowel for me. Anyway, feeling proud to have to-some-extent French accent!
Dat gevoel wanner geen vriendin.
Should be easy for you desu

I was harsh on you, you can be harsh on me :^)

Pretty good, good hard g's also, ''vriendin'' is pronounced like vrien-din.
So g in gevoel is [g] but in geen its [X]?
vocaroo.com
Nah its more like this
vocaroo.com
Not bad leaf, a few open/closed vowels wrong and some word with the wrong accent but perfectly understandable all in all
Thank you, how can I know which type of vowel to use and which syllable to accentuate?
Is that Standard or Moroccan?
Nah its not arabic its berber, I can provide you with Moroccan arabic phrases if you want
No both g's are hard, all are.
There's no way to know aside from when the last syllable is accented, in that case the vowel is accented (like più, città, però,così etc).
As for open/closed vowels, no way either: I instinctively know which one use and there are a few rules but mostly it's random.
Y así fue como aprendí

They way the first Canadian who replied to me said them.

Now let's see whether my 3 years of highschool Spanish were of any use vocaroo.com
Here is German:
Fahre denn hin,

Zusammenbreche,

Auf geb' ich mein Werk;

das Ende,

Not him, but very well. You have a massive guiri accent though, everyone would understand you but you'll never pass as local.
>guiri
Wikipedia is telling me that's a general term for foreigner, is that right? I didn't really expect otherwise, 3 years of half-assed Spanish classes won't make me sound like I've been born there obviously.
Not bad, you can do better with your accent.
Sigue aprendiendo :D
Yeah, more like north european foreigner, but yeah.
Check me raping your language with my german "learned" from Rammstein:

You should spell a little slowly and mark the accent, specially that 'ó' in 'narcóticos'
You seem to know the very basic pronunciation rules – if you only know them from listening to Rammstein that's good already. 'z' is pronounced like 'ts' though.
If you want to listen to the original: youtu.be
Let's butcher your language mein Freund
The hardest part was not understanding a single word except das ende.
What minute in the video is the part you posted? I do want to hear it all later, but I can't now.

You actually managed to get 'ch' right, more than can be expected from most people trying our language. You've definitely got an accent, but I would understand most of it.
Nice trick, muslim Cuba, but you won't convert me
Oh well that's for sure: I barely studied German when I was a kid, nothing more now I plan on restarting it more seriously.
On the other hand, I have an accent when I speak in English, let alone in my terrible German.
Fair point. Here you've got a faggy reading from me: vocaroo.com
It is at 1h41m15s in the video.
not bad for such a complex word
