I'm also learning Spanish right now. People say it's relatively easy among European languages and the inflections are simpler, but gender still throws me off. Neither Korean nor English has it, so such concept is just too weird for me.

Hey, i want to start to learn a non-SVO language, since both my language and English is SVO.

Is Korean a good start?

where m8?

Russian for a few reasons. Mostly just because I've wanted to learn a second language but didn't want to learn some generic Germanic or Romance language. Have such a unique skill might prove useful at some point, and even if it doesn't I've still learnt something (which I find) interesting.

why? go learn something productive like Chinese

Not him but it would be good because Korean is SOV languages like Japanese.
