>be me, with my dad >he got his new Samsung S8 >he’s testing out voice recognition/ok google on it >tell him to try call me with jr >ok google, call user >takes about 5-7 seconds to interpret the voice >doesn’t work the first time >tries it again >still takes 5+ seconds to recognize his voice >he needs to sync his contacts first (?) >tries it again >goes to some band that sounds like my name >tries it again and it works

Imagine being so demented that a random Sup Forums anecdote is part of s grand Apple conspiracy
Joseph Brown
Nothingeverhappens lol
Angel Rivera
Imagine being so demented that you make up anecdotes to shill your gay fruit trash
Adam Martin
>Samsung is shit Wow truly breaking news Meanwhile my Google assistant on my LG g3 works flawlessly and instantly Also, of fucking course it needs permission to access contacts I get you are confused though, you are so used to be fucked in the ass you can't even contemplate having freedom to decide what info your apps can access and what they cannot
Samuel Turner
Playing by the book, I see. Tell your manager their marketing is fucking trash. Report and sage.
Levi Hernandez
Actually I have complete control over what info third party apps have access to. Siri isn’t a third party app though. It’s park art of the OS. Suggesting that Siri shouldn’t have access to my contacts is pretty retarded.
Isaiah Stewart
>Choosing wether apple has access to my contacts and so all the info stored about them is pretty retarded Good goy
Jackson Cruz
I actually can’t comprehend the level of retardation you have. Are you trolling or are you this stupid?
My contacts are stored on my phone. Core applications and parts of the OS have access to my contacts. Applications like iMessage and FaceTime. Siri is among those first party applications. Why the fuck would an operating system randomly deny itself access to information which is stored on itself for one of its first party applications?
Do you think when I send a message in iMessage, I should first have to grant permission for iMessage to see my contacts?
Dylan Jackson
Holy shit.

>millennial with kanpeki american accent vs >old boomer pajeet who pronounces "ring" as "zing"
FYI you shills need to rename your files, its the same random format every thread. Good post though, hopefully you get enough credits to redeem an iPhone from your employer, happy Christmas.
Wyatt White
I was suspecting you were baiting, but now I'm certain
Brayden Bailey
That’s just the default file format when posted from iOS
Jacob White
>replying seriously to shills instead of pointing and laughing Fucking retard.
Julian Brooks
Good job copying the first line of my post, retard. You don’t understand anything.
Tell me this: Contacts are stored locally in a first party (apple) application. Siri is a first party (Apple) application. How exactly does first party (apple) applications sharing information each other (like a fucking phone should) increase Apples knowledge of my contacts? Hint, it doesn’t. Any information that is available was already available.
