Only safe ARM CPUs are Apple Ax and Samsung Mongoose, the only from-the-ground-up ARM designs in the smartphone space. Even Snapdragon Kryo is a Cortex-A derivative from Snap 820 on and is likely also vulnerable.
ARM Cortex-A CPU cores are also affected by the same bug as Intel CPUs
