I paid about $500.00 in leaf money for the last gigabyte 1060 6gb in stock. I can't tell if Im feeling relief or regret.
the reviews on gigabyte stuff that I have seen have been about 50/50
some say they are great... then some say they are cheaply made, and fans are noisy....
as for "colorful" , i get the vibe they should be sold at a flea market or dollar store....

You can get a PNY GTX 1060 6gb 2 fans at bestbuy for $320, I've never used a PNY gpu so I wouldn't know if they're reliable.
