is intel behind this, trying to rush a quick resolution in favour of AMD, so that when their case comes up they have precedent?

loading instructions for faster execution is truly the worst crime

Another currytech post. Gee I wonder who...

>(((Rosen Law Firm v Advanced Micro Devices for materially misleading statement
>Pomerantz Law Firm v Advanced Micro Devices for materially misleading statement
>Brower Piven v Intel Corporation related to Intel x86 bug
>Levi & Korsinsky, LLP v Intel Corporation related to Intel x86 bug
>Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP v Intel Corporation related to Intel x86 bug
>Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC v Intel Corporation frelated to Intel x86 bug)))

Oy fucking vey.

I feel the same I'd feel seeing a #metoo member suing Heffner if he were still alive.
The issue affects me but not in a direct way.

Surprise, surprise. These kikes simply can't contain themselves.

>Intel Hit With Four For Meltdown & Spectre

cryingintelfag.jpg

This would be a good time to demand lintel to unlock VT-D and VT-X on the older K processors.
Apparently bare-metal hypervisors makes you nearly invulnerable to these issues.
Installed Qubes on one of my older computers, shits sweet.

>Spectre Vulnerabilities
fucking meme that went too far desu

Wow you weren't kidding.

rosenlegal.com/media/casestudy/1180_Web Complaint _secured_.pdf

Wow, it's fucking nothing.

Stock price fell by 0.12 which is 0.99% (why didn't they write less than 1%), and now it is higher than it was.

I wonder if AMD wins, if they counter sue the law firms becuse the stock dropped a little after the law suits were announced. They need to keep the interests of the stock holders in mind.

She's hot, I would pay good money for her to step on me.

Yeah, Jewish lawyers, what a conspiracy.

WooooOOOOOOooooOOOOoOoOOOoOO!

>lawsuit for a 0.99% drop in stock price
>jewish lawyers
kek

Calm down, Mordechai.

Meltdown is actually caused by a design flaw, whereas Spectre v1 and v2 are not. This will get nowhere, especially since there won't be any big datacenter players to back it up.

>materially misleading statement
What, is Intel butthurt that AMD wasn't affected as much as they were?

>AMD wasn't notified until at least June
>lawsuit covers back to February
durrr

>jews sue amd for an Intel bug
Sad but I'm not even surprised.

You have to prove damages to win damages. Where are their damages?

So literally a case of "what's your damage?"?

>selfie camera

if it's frivolous go long on AMD $$$

Curl your thumb, or your gonna break it.

>wccftech
into the trash it goes

Jewish Lawyers sue AMD

>OY VEY.
>AMD is ANTI SEMITIC !!!!

>wccftech

And here we see the Jews' contribution to western society, how lovely.

A chipset a year keeps the goyim in fear

Tick-Tock jump on AMDs stock

>jews

>ever
eh

Psst, don't disturb their echo chamber chanting.
Just Sup Forums-tards being themselves.. *sigh*

(((Rosen))) ... or those who hired them to do this lawsuit (((Intel)))

They might’ve just hired Jewish lawyers.

There's a series of porn just for (((you))), called 'Jews love black cock', produced by a jew who also stars in the porns

Who is this semon demon?

I can't believe I clicked that link but I'll sum it up for everyone else.
>AMD says it's vulnerable to specter variant 1, nearly invulnerable to specter variant 2, and completely invulnerable to meltdown
>AMD then releases a software update to make processors invulnerable to specter variants 1 and 2
>Jews sue AMD because AMD said it was "nearly invulnerable" to specter variant 2 but made a software patch anyway
This won't last a day in any competent court. Also why didn't OP mention Intel getting hit with 4 lawsuits at the same time?

did arm get any?

They're just trying to even the playing field. Spectre is nothing.

So will Ryzen 7nm ship with these vulnerabilities in place? they wouldnt seriously allow a chip that doesnt release for another year and a half ship with the same architectural problems right?

>timing attacks aren't design flaws
