FHD 144Hz

>FHD 144Hz
>4K 60Hz
At 27 inches, which would offer the superior user experience?

stupid nigger poster

the answer is always 1440p adaptive sync

>Display stuck at 60hz
>Have to deal with ghosting from PAL and 24p content
>Display at 144hz
>can set media player to downclock to appropriate refresh rate
There isn't even that much 4k content anyways so it's not much of a loss.

>sees op's pic

wtf i love niggers now

Well op didn't specify his uses, what if he's just another Sup Forumseolia?

1440p 144hz gsync, gtfo this isn't Sup Forums

You wanna know how I can tell you're a faggot?

1440p 165hz gsync IPS.

Fixed.

4K. 1080p is lacking at about 22-23 inches, never mind 27.

I've got a 24 inch FHD+ screen and it looks pretty good to be honest. Sure 4k might look better, but it's also a fuckload harder to drive if op wants to play any games.

Enjoy your backlight bleed, faggot

4k is fine at 27" with 125% scaling, 32" is the perfect size for it though. If all you do is play games, high refresh rate is better, if you do any kind of productive work where you wish you had multiple monitors, get 4k

Isn't the point of 4k pixel density?

dumb niggerposter

Calibrated sRGB IPS 1440p.

FHD 240hz

Yes, but not to the point where shit gets so small that you need to scale up anyway

It's not THAT small though

Any reason I should not get the Samsung cfg73?

>144hz VA
>good colors
>good contrast and black depth
>responsiveness almost as good as a TN

>first person shooter, racing games
144hz
>everything else
4k

The human eyes can't see above 24hz and blind people do just fine with 12hz so why not go for 64k 1hz?

Stop niggerposting

Is that the shitskin from GoT?

4K because FHD is too low for 27", but FHD 144Hz is viable at 24" or below.

Ya, she's fucking gorgeous.

You're going to be using these monitors for gaming, hence Windows, which has horrible DPI scaling.FHD it is

>VA
kek, no

Why not?

Stupid Sup Forums poster

Stop showing a good things to a peasants, you bastard!

if you play games, go for refresh rate
if you stare at text, go for pixel density

I prefer FHD 144 Hz especially at 27". Generally I wouldn't get 4K below 32" to begin with and I think the higher fps is more appreciable than the higher resolution. The only drawback is that high fps can have cpu bottlenecks where as 4K@60 fps is entirely gpu.

the non tn with freesync,
oh wait, no amd gpu to buy.
so gsnyc

This.
See: S2716DG
Put an IPS like a U2717D next to it and you'll be good to go for practically anything.

FHD at 27" is cancer and you should feel bad.

But gsync is expensive user
