Well, yea. The ambient air in my room right now is 18°C, but I don't see how anything in my machine could stay that low without literally putting my machine outside or having a water cooling radiator out the window or some shit.

well if you have good airflow and your hard drive isn't being used, it should be hitting the ambient air temp easily, or close to it.

Well, my airflow isn't the best 'cause I have a case optimised for sound dampening. I can't even tell if my PC is on when I enter the room, so I'm pretty satisfied.
