absolutely, don't skip the intro and listen to it a few times before making a decision, the songs really grow on you.
It's their second album and it's completely different from their debut album. If you like pop-punk, you'll love their debut album, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. I think the context of Pretty. Odd. is part of its charm. People fell in love with their debut and it was really weird to see an album so completely different come out. A lot of people were confused by it but then it grew a cult following later on.

their music has changed for sure, but I love Urie's voice so much I can't help but enjoy the other 3 albums.
I think they decent job with trying to establish an identity after Ryan Ross left. They could of just said fuck it and break up but I liked that they stayed together.
I thought Vices & Virtues was neat little album and Too Weird was some pretty good radio-worthy tracks.
Death of a Bachlor was alright to, I had fun with it.
Their debut is clearly their peak, absolutely no question there, but I personally don't feel they turned to shit.
