If Kanye died after this album, would he be considered a legend today?

If Kanye died after this album, would he be considered a legend today?

>inb4 he still is a legend
No, he's not. Yeezus and FLOP (or whatever the fuck that albums called) ruined his legacy.

10 years after he dies he will not be considered a legend no matter what garbage he made or will ever make.

Why are you pretending not to know the name of Kanye's most recent album

Kanye is cancer

>or whatever the fuck that albums called
Pretentious fuck confirmed

you're a faggot if you think Yeezus or TLOP are career "ruiners" Both have their merits. Quit sucking of MBDTF and recognize other great works.

Half this board are anti-Kanye autists who think they'll get extra Sup Forums points for hating a popular artist

yeezus is objectively better than MBDTF
much better sampling
more layers of instrumentation
works better as an album (no overlong tracks/intermissions)
songs that evolve and change (trumpets in blood on the leaves and guitar in hold my liquor)

Yeezus is arguably better than mbdtf
TLOP is far from a career ruiner. It's his least coherent album by far but it still has strong points and few bad songs

I'd have to agree with others so far, Yeezus definitely has an audience and serves as a welcome addition to his catalog, and TLOP was at worst mediocre, not nearly bad enough to ruin his legacy.

If TLOP is bad so is Graduation

He would be considered a legend for MBDTF but no one would really care about his other albums regardless if he died or not. Kinda like with Nas and Illmatic.

kanye has never made a bad album, besides graduation, and that was more mediocre than flat-out bad.

this
yeezus is just a perfect album
i love mbdtf but yeezus just did everything kanye has done but better
the replay value is still going

Nas is still a legend and he's more or less in that position just because of one album.

This is correct

Many people like Yeezus and TLOP, so just because you don't like it doesn't mean his legacy is ruined.

Sorry, your opinion doesn't matter in the slightest friendo.

Yeezus and TLOP aren't legacy ruiners, they're pleb filters

is tlop proof that no one cares for lyrics?
everyone who hated on yeezus's lyrics give tlop a pass, even though yeezus has great lyrics

these along with pic related are Kanye's pleb filters

Everybody I've talked to about tlop irl, including normies has hated on tlop's lyrics.

>mfw you don't even realize yeezus is arguably his greatest album
