Why does acknowledging the United States' victory in the Vietnam War make so many people around the world upset?
It was like seventy years ago and I didn't participate so it's not a big deal to me, but if you point out that America won then foreigners will throw a massive shitfit

But I am not stating that you lose or that you win. I am just asking, if you think you win, what are your reasons to justify that. The consensus, at least here, is that it was an economical loss and a partial politica defeat, but i want to hear your rational arguments against it. So if you have them, correct that thought
