Ritual when?
Daikanjyo, wonderful live free improv folky album, pretty sure you can find it easily on the archive.
Hey dug, I hopefully will have listened to Ritual after tonight, I very much look forward to it from what you've told me.
By the way, what is the album below Loud City Song on the very right, the cover looks marvelous
MS Paint > Topsters
You seem like a really rad guy, I never see people like Savage Young Taterbug
You like sitting around at night
You're not very energetic
Yes! Good.
The album is Pamelia Kurstin's Thinking Out Loud. Mainly solo theremin improvisation with delay and other miscellaneous effects.
>Perhaps the strangest recording ever made by one of the strangest musical instruments ever invented. Also included are several lyrical compositions for piano.

vil du royke cannabis med meg?
wait would it be vil du royke or du vil royke or neither
If you want to be so impressed by FFV as the masterpiece that it is, then do Fahey chronologically. Every album until FFV is at least good, and they keep getting better. It's remarkable to actually listen to the guy audibly improve and grow more ambitious with each album.
Realistically, though, I'd recommend starting at The Great Santa Barbara Oil Slick. It's a live album with all his best pre-FFV works, and it showcases Fahey in the peak of his career.
I listened to that Alvin Curran album the other day, and it was pretty good, so thanks for the indirect rec
FFV is undoubtedly his best work, but it makes the rest of his work somewhat disappointing by comparison. I think it's because a large chunk of his discography up until that point was largely blues based, while FFV sees Fahey fully embracing his previously distant Western and Hindustani classical influences.
>only got a 710/660
>this is gay crap
That's plenty fine for a lot of colleges though, assuming you're applying. Also depends on what year you are.
Vil du royke is correct.
Jackson Browne - Late for the Sky
John Prine
Dan Fogelberg - The Innocent Age
I hope that dude who talked to Stephen McRobbie posts because i want a lengthy transcription
two problems:
1. i have a hilariously bad GPA
2. i think its too late to apply to most chill colleges??
like according to college board my score is 96th percentile which is chill i guess..
collegesimply.com
but i think i missed all the deadlines for good colleges and REALLY dont wanan take a year off. plus idk how much money theyll give me for doing good on my sats and i really dont wanna put myself into a lot of debt
vi spiser edderkopper og gress
Community college is a valuable and socially underrated concept in the American education system, so if you want to save up for college and get your grades up, a year or two of local community has few to no downsides
And yeah, if you're a senior, you missed the deadlines for most colleges by more than a few months
>And yeah, if you're a senior, you missed the deadlines for most colleges by more than a few months
oops...
yeah ive pretty much had cc in mind this whole time, but that raises the question:
why did i even take the sats????

I wish, but even Aketagawa and Mikami sound different on other records compared to Daikanjyo.
Maybe Vajra, as it keeps Mikami and Ishizuka but changes Aketagawa for Keiji Haino (so his piano playing which is one of my favorite things about the record is gone), and Haino doesn't fit in the group that well imo, or rather makes the music go in another direction.
youtu.be
And Aketagawa puts a lot more jazz on other records of his than on Daikanjyo from what I've heard, but perhaps Isoshigi is a nice choice. I prefer Shudan Seikatsu but it's very different.
