Apparently BadAdsTorrent 3.5.1 does in fact have this option as well.
Elijah Watson
I wish there was a way to increase the track announce interval to be longer than 30 minutes to save upload speed.
Easton Jackson
What's the point of FL on AB if I have 7tb of buffer?
Benjamin Lopez
helps newfags even though half of the site is FL and e-peen, I guess I barely have 20GB down with raw DL of a few TB.
Chase Williams
but you get achievements for downloading, aren't achievements better for epeen?
Evan Bailey
and there's the tracker drama (in the linked thread)
Ethan Myers
Can you tell me, in plane words how can I be compromised from utorrent and what are the better and best options?
Why isn't direct downloading more popular? Mega let's you dl 5gb /day for free. Unlimited with $40 /year
Nicholas Allen
how is demonotaku doing on bib?
Luis Turner
taviso is a COOL guy!
Jaxon Nguyen
>Why isn't direct downloading more popular? Mega let's you dl 5gb /day for free. Unlimited with $40 /year Most of the things I download are over 5GB. DDL is still popular. When I search for TV/movies I can almost always find a mega link. >what are the better and best options? If barely any torrents, deluge. If huge number of torrents, qbittorrent.
Jaxson Cooper
He has been disabled for a while...
Michael Phillips
>in plane words
Robert Stewart
uTorrent is still the best. Even if you're using 3.x for some retarded reason you can just turn off net.discoverable in advanced settings and this won't affect you.
Gabriel Cox
hello friends, could someone do me a quick favor and get me the hash of win10 ltsb? I can't seem to find it
Jordan Ross
What do you download?
It's every 7 hours. JDownloader continues it automatically
And where are you finding these movie links
How is transmission viewed? I'm about to reinstall ubuntu
Been a long day
Austin Price
I feel dirty every time I use it. I don't get why it would be considered the best. I liked transmission
Brody Perez
>What do you download? Mostly shit from SIG I'm well aware of how to circumvent the download limit. >And where are you finding these movie links see above, unfortunitely, reddit also They have a few subs dedicated to DDL and they come up when I'm searching for specific things. >How is transmission viewed? I'm about to reinstall ubuntu wut If you're going to use linux, rtorrent+rutorrent is the way to go. People say transmission is lightweight but when I tried adding a few thousand torrents to it, it crapped the bed. Plus there aren't features I want. Try a few different clients out, senpai. Definitely rtorrent though.
Jace Kelly
transmission is pretty much objectively the best unless you have autism and like to add labels to your torrents for whatever reason
Connor Williams
>I don't get why it would be considered the best It just werks while having every option needed for torrent management, AND it doesn't do anything stupid like, say, automatically try to redownload a torrent if you've deleted the files.
Asher Bailey
>Been a long day For you.
Michael Anderson
That’s just so his alt account can keep it on the DL
Isaac Morris
and even if it could be interesting, I think the best would be to calm down for everyone, but I could be wrong with that opinion.
Joseph Reyes
can confirm
Hunter Mitchell
Only 2.2.1 (and sometimes 1.8.x) is considered the best. It’s the only GUI to work as flawlessly and light as it does. Which is really unfortunate since it’s old as shit and they sold her out pretty badly.
Luke Rivera
1.6.1, 1.8.5, 2.0.4, and 2.2.1 are all good.
Angel Cox
So glad I switched to qbitorrent years ago for my windows machines.
Jace Gomez
>still using uBotnet
Sup Forums never learns
Brayden Bailey
>using a client so badly programmed it needs constant updating
Adrian Reyes
Right, good memory.
Ayden Lee
its kinda annoying to keep seeing these qstalled memes when qbit is up there with the best. Especially with the latest updates that added source flag to the torrent creator.
or are there no uploaders browsing /ptg/
Isaac Barnes
It's µTorrent, or muTorrent, never uTorrent. That picture says a lot about the average µTorrent user.
Eli Wright
qStalled broke their entire shit with 4.0.
Jaxon Jackson
is that even a thing?
Hunter Brown
>its kinda annoying to keep seeing these qstalled memes
It's because they aren't actually memes. qBit is a pretty buggy client.
Logan Anderson
What's the most effay tracker?
Lincoln Robinson
x-ite.me
Matthew Murphy
i dont even know waht it feels like to use a different torrent client. i am seeding 1k torrents on qbit and i sure as hell am not gonna switch now.
Charles Johnson
use the remotegui like everyone else, not a web browser. makes managing and switching between instances quick and easy.
qbittorrent allows multiple watch directories, with either a common download folder or individual directory per category.
>or are there no uploaders browsing /ptg/ of course there aren't, this place is crawling with parasites.
Hudson Lee
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NOOOOOOOOOOOO
WHY???
Without uTorrent i cant even pirate anymore, i refuse to install any onther client. If private trackers start banning utorrent im fucking done with torrenting
Cameron Anderson
I'm still on qstalledmeme 3.3.16. Should I meme to 4.0.4?
Anthony Johnson
I have delgue with about 800 torrents, should I switch to another client? If I do, then, how can I transfer all my torrents to the new client?
Julian Scott
no
Jaxon Smith
not until 4.1.x, too many bugs. if you have a lot of torrents I'd install 3.3.10 rather than .16 though, as it's way more responsive with >5000 torrents.
Jeremiah James
tfw running uTorrent 2.2.1.with 7k torrents
please dont do this to me fuuuuuck
thank God that 312cuck is a avid uTorrent user so he wont ban utorrent from PTP
Liam Moore
God qBit is shit. We need a better Winblows client please ffs.
Jeremiah Williams
qbittorrent is fine, so is TD. I'd not say no to a further improved client, but there are already options that are way better than utorrent.
Chase Allen
>If private trackers start banning utorrent im fucking done with torrenting
I really hope this happens.
Eli Phillips
torrenting is going the way of usenet anyway. You can pretty much stream anything for pennies
Easton Gutierrez
>torrenting is going the way of usenet anyway
No because usenet is still widely used and it costs money. torrents are free.
only way torrents will die is when torrents are replaced by a better p2p protocol like when ed2k and gnutella were replaced by torrents

Just go to TPB and see all the top seeds, it's mostly ancient games and some software. Popularity for torrents is really dropping with legal alternatives becoming more accessible and actually less hassle free.

What's the point of AB?
Anthony Ross
This is a fake 320 kbps mp3 right? I just downloaded this from jps. I checked the files on spectro too and it looks like the cut-off varies from 18.9 KHz to 19.3
The album is from 2004 and it's eurobeat so im not sure if that makes a difference
Asking in this thread because i know most of you are on red with basic audio knowledge.
Justin Gray
>fake cut-off >lossy file user
Michael Jenkins
With 2.2.1, setting net.discoverable to false completely solves the problems. The rest of this thread is horseshit.
Jack Thomas
The file is fine, not trolling you.
Josiah Powell
noff01/yellowjely representing.

wrong website, pal
Luke Martin
Which porn tracker has the latest MissAlice_94 premium manyvids rip?
Blake Ramirez
>Popularity for torrents is really dropping with legal alternatives becoming more accessible and actually less hassle free.
Well duh of course piracy will drop as it gets easier to consume stuff for a fair price but we've said that this would happen since the beginning of the piracy debate. A lot of the drop in torrent usage is also other forms of piracy like Kodi boxes, and streaming sites like GoMovies.
The point is that piracy will never really go away. Nothing beats free.
Adam Harris
I'm not saying piracy will go away, just that torrent as a format requires many people to be connected to be effective. When the numbers drop, so will popularity of torrents in general as a means to pirate
Alexander Morgan
>normies drop out of torrenting >less attention to trackers Win-win situation?
Alexander Parker
Who the fuck is going to download your torrents you nigger
Jack Gomez

Nathaniel Carter
another day another 0mb upload on red
Ian Nelson
Haven't reached enlightenment yet I see sir.
Asher Perez
>source flag to the torrent creator I didn't update my client. What does it do?
Hudson Baker
Private trackers that have the source field so you can cross-seed make it so you have to re-download the torrent. If you input the source field in your original torrent, you don't have to re-download.
Chase Martinez
another day another 20mb uploaded to red
Xavier Cook
Is there an anti ptg. An inclusionary sharing utopia, with quality content?
Mason Nelson
you cant hear those frequencies
Caleb Gonzalez
Another day, another 200MB uploaded to red. Are you even trying, user?
Eli Ross

I just have a NAS. And even still, I don't fucking need it. I just keep my shit seeding 24/7. Stop blaming others for your pathetic attempts at PTing.
Zachary Price
stop lying seedboxberg
Thomas Price
Is there a client better than uTorrent 2.2.1 for Windows? qBittorrent stalls, Deluge was unstable and crashed last time I used it.
Josiah Morales
Stay eternally booty-blasted, ratiocuck.
Kevin Anderson
>38 red torrents >200mb uploaded a day
lmao no
Leo James
/ptg/ has become so fucking curry, look at all these trash trackers LMAO
Liam Wright
nope, 2.2.1 and below are still god tier
Owen Martin
>1345 + 673 >using utorrent
Henry Martin
qBittorrent doesn't stall since v4. It's been out for ages so why are you idiots complaining about non-existent stalling. It was designed to be a uTorrent replacement.
Ethan Clark
Its not my fault you don't rip your own shit, user. Try going to Amazon and buying obscure, used classical CDs for pennies. Or just find a friend with a lot of classical CDs to rip. I do both. You're welcome for this free information on how2pyramid. Now go back to your impotent rage, if you wish.
Elijah Evans
2000 limit on half-open connections. Deluge limit is 5000. uTorrent 2.2.1 limit is 1410065407
David Gutierrez
you can keep lying lmao
Anthony Bell
>d-do i fit in yet
Nolan Martinez
Whatever, user. Doesn't really matter to me what you believe. If it makes you feel better to blame the seedbox boogyman, feel free to. I'd rather just do things that improve my ratio and UL.
