I live in Michigan and the song Second Home really hit me, reminded me of times when I was a teenager and being in love, hanging out on the beaches of Lake Michigan. And I Will, too. I did this for a bit of an experiment to see how I would approach such a subject, not sure whether to continue this line or try something more conventional
I loved the more 'man with guitar' orientated tracks like "I fell in love with a demon" over the more electronic stuff like "we tresspassed" or "Alientation in West Jefferson"
The low-fi rock stuff was cool too

a little lo-fi for my tastes, but the vocal melodies and the synths are pretty nice. sometimes I get ben folds vibes from this, which is kinda weird because I'm not sure why. regardless its good stuff
pretty smooth stuff. Synths are all really pleasant sounding. I'm not a huge fan of the vocal style but the harmonies are really nice and they pull it off. underrated
this is really nice, very dreamy. would download if it wasnt 10 dollars desu. but prices aside, theres a lot of good tracks here. the bassline towards the end of the second track is fucking awesome, in general there's a lot of really nice bass parts

beats are absolutely BANGIN but I feel like the vocals are a little out place, too eminem-y to sound right with the beats. maybe it'll just take getting used to. some of the lyrics are a little cliche too
Honestly didn't really like the first half of Empty Room, but the last portion was pretty awesome and caught my attention again. My Bubbles took its time but built up to be pretty cool. I feel like a lot of these tracks sound kind of bare but eventually get built up to be a fully realized song towards the end, which honestly I'm not a huge fan of because it just sounds like a huge buildup and then dropping out. I still liked a lot of the ideas that were fleshed out towards the end of a lot of tracks, but the minimalist intros didn't do much for me
pretty nice beats. didn't really like some of the vocal samples put in, felt like I would've enjoyed it better without them as an uninterrupted instrumental album.
