Every subtlety of British life is in this film.
where to watch?
Fargo
Goofy movie 1
Gran Torino
Forrest Gump
The Town
also watch the tv series The Wire for an accurate depiction of black America
Getting fucked by niggers?
lol
narcos
Any of them 80% of mexian movies are about narcos or drugs
Gran Torino is about a Pole though :^)
Bon Cop Bad Cop
There is a lot of 60s and 70s movies I could recommend but those are not translated.
Here goes a tip: Any movie based on Rio de Janeiro city or a favela totally runs out of what Brazil really is.
We win, Pablo.
This one is funny
>no English subtitles
Why even post it if nobody will understand anything? Step it up famalam

JUST: the movie
Sorry, posted the first link that came up 2bh
It's about an American with Polish ancestry you pollack shit.
>tfw can't sleep
>have to wake up at 8
Might as well watch it for the n-th time lmoa
*Polish-American :^)
>you pollack shit
Isn't it precisely how the Italian hairdresser calls him in the movie?
Ciudade de Deus?
>can't sleep
>have to wake up at 7
j u s t
Elite Squad.
tbqh I never understood why do Poles get offended by Pollack, it's a literal phonetic calque from their own language. It wouldn't be an insult if they didn't take it as one
Gran Torino
The Corner
The Wire
>mfw americans say Gran Torino is about america
wet hot american summer
Literally what else is it about you dumb Pole
Pulp Fiction
Bullshit Canada is trailer park boys
The struggle of a widowed war vet to find meaning in his elder years.
ikr, fucking cultural appropriators
about a dumb Pole
>implying an American would yell at niggers, use "jew" as an insult, and laugh at chinks and nips
Wake in Fright
Do Poles really think like this? Eastwood's character acts exactly like my great-uncle, who was as WASP as it gets
That's half the reason I love the movie so much. I miss that loveable racist old salt
>implying Americans don't do those things
>implying we're not the baddest cunts around
F-fight me
>en.wikipedia.org
>Americans are LITERALLY Polish peasantry
CAN'T MAKE THIS SHIT UP
I watched that after some Aussies in an /Anglo/ thread recommended it years ago.
It's as awesome as it is weird
>tfw you will never go deep into the outback to gamble, fight, fuck, and shoot
>>implying an American would yell at niggers, use "jew" as an insult, and laugh at chinks and nips
Gotta say this guy has a point. Some of you might, but most of you are pussies.
>be American
>be Poolish
hahahahahaha
HAHAHAHAHAHA
>Eastwood's character in GT
>WASP
WASP is more than a religion or ethnicity, in no way was he at all WASPy in that film.
Argentino ql
Stop it!
But WASPS totally go to Catholic church though.
You didn't actually read his post, did you
Yes, I did, if his great-uncle acts like that he isn't WASPy at all.
>WASPs joining any branch of the military other than Naval Officer reserves
>WASPs living in that neighborhood
>WASPs loving their late wife
>WASPs taking pride in a car
>WASPs showing visible signs of human emotion
strange brew
I've heard good things about that movie, but it's quite old and the quality of the one i downloaded made it even shittier. Don't get me wrong, I love lots of old movies, but that one had that "low-budget latin telenovela" feeling, quite similar to some old eastern european movies i've seen (although those tend to have a darker atmosphere, at least the ones i've seen).
Relatos Salvajes was a good demonstration of some shades of life in Argentina and Brazil (at least where I live, São Paulo) imho.
W-We're mainly celtic and german s-stop forcing this meme
POLE'D
I don't think they do get offended.
Because Polish-Americans get offended, not Poles.
Polish-Americans do not even know a word of Polish.
My guess on why Americans started calling Poles "Polaks" is because when Poles arrived in America, they most likely said that they are "Polaks", not "Poles", because this is how you say it in Polish (duh)
>Relatos Salvajes
Kek, this is fantastic, I especially like that part in the aeroplane
My favourite one was that of Bombita. I found it very relatable and well done.
Ricky Bobby
Brokeback Mountain
>La risa en vacaciones
>not los verduleros
Shameful fa.m
No shit, why do you think Euros starting moving to the US in the first place? For prospects of a BETTER LIFE than peasantry for them and their families..
On the other hand - for some reason I didn't like El secreto de sus ojos
From Brazil I would recommend:
Dois Coelhos;
Que Horas Ela Volta? (aha the Secong Mother)
I enjoyed that crime story Boca do Lixo (although it hasn't good reviews),
O Som ao Redor aka Neighbouring Sounds was really boring, in my opinion, but many people seem to like it, maybe I don't get the context
I don't mention both Cadades nor those crime dramas about BOPE because everyone knows that they are great
My recommendadion from Paraguay is "7 Cajas" (7 Boxes") - it's a very interesting thriller
Dumbest shit, but I still love that movie.
I barely have watched any national movies, shamefully. Recommend me some Polish ones btw, I love Kieślowski.
>recommendadion
recommendation, sry
The wedding was best imo
If we are talking about relatively new Polish movies, then maybe check these:

Not really, I'd watch anything as long as it's good. I'm currently watching Dekalog btw, and it's awesome.
Thanks for the recommendations lad
>inb4 Cidade de Deus
Am i the only one who thinks Carandiru is better?
Now one that represens the country entirely, idk desu.
I like Corações Sujos tho.

Dekalog is great, at least the majority of episodes.
This movie by Feliks Falk is very "Kieslowski-like":
imdb.com
Also Zanussi made movies in this genre (it's called "kino moranego niepokoju" - "cinema of moral anxiety"
Another movie in this style, this time by Agnieszka Holland:

Andrzej Żuławski may be to strange for some people, so I usually don't recommend his movies.
Andrzej Wajda:

fuck poland and fuck the pope
Another great movie by Andrzej Wajda:

Two movies by Wojciech Has, they are both a little bit surreal:

Nice, thanks a lot man.
>Andrzej Żuławski may be to strange for some people
Kek, Possession was indeed very strange, but I liked it a lot. "Na srebrnym globie" is on my watchlist, but I had a difficult time finding it in good quality and with english subtitles.
>"cinema of moral anxiety"
didn't really know that was a thing, cool.
Yeah, those two by Wojciech Has are also on my (giant, may I say) watchlist. The Saragosa Manuscript seems really interesting, but I've been quite busy lately and it's not easy to find time to watch such a long movie.
Didn't know about Wajda, but that one definitely looks interesting.
Once again, thanks a lot lad.
O, and also check this movie by Jerzy Kawalerowicz (but you have to find a restored version):

imdb.com
De nada
Sorry, I forgot about this movie by Zanussi:

also check this one by Kawalerowicz:

Why are the Portugese so obsessed with interracial sex?
Google "lusotropicalism"
10 million/300 something million. Try harder next time
Leviathan
I'm Russian tho
It's more than just that. These fuckers take any and every opportunity ro mention interracial sex. This one American guy posted in a /cum/ thread about how his sister was really sick and out of nowhere some portugese guy said, and I quote " your sister had too much bbc in her ass".
great thriller from Serbia:
imdb.com
very funny comedy about Salazar etc. from Portugal:
imdb.com
I remember that.
I posted this shart in mart pic, the Ameranon mentioned that his sister had been chronically ill with explosive diarrhea for a month but that her mother had still prevented her from public sharting, then the portufag started posting nonsense about this sick little girl taking too much bbc.
He's a fucking cunt tbqh

>No American has listed a western
Are you fuckers even American?
The only correct answer is Shane.
You mean that movie from 1953 or is there some other version?
Yes the 1953 movie.
