need recommendations for shoegaze albums/bands
I love loveless, slowdive, ride but I am looking to get more into the genre
those are the most influential bands in the style.
you could literally listen to any other shoegaze album and it would be fine place to continue.
listen to something new.

This is easily one of my favorite pop albums. I Can't Live Without Your Love a best
What is shoegaze
Some stupid fucking niche genre that shitters after 2000 made up.
I think it's a subgenre of Jamaican music
Has anyone listened to this?

This chart is more autistic than charts usually are.
very useful though
That was excellent, I love Candy Claws.
probably
I relistened to Nowhere today and damn it's great. Seagull is a beast. Vapor Trail is beautiful. The rest are all fantastic.
>MBV released an album 3 years ago
>Slowdive reformed
>Ride reformed
>Lush released an EP this year
Are things finally looking up for shoegaze
Depends on how the albums turn out.
How can this chart not have Swirlies?
Fleeting Joys - Despondent Transponder
anyone have the DL for Alison's Halo - Eyedazzler, that album is insanely gucci
Who'd going to reunite next?
I'm hoping it's Catherine Wheel.
>MBV released an album 3 years ago
>3 yeas ago
Shit, haven't heard nothing amout them since that last album. Any news or something?
Which is better: Yellow Loveless or Blue Loveless?
Yellow loveless, duh.
But now that I remember both of the albums have really bad and sacrilegious songs.
Anyone know what this is? I think it's pretty rad wanna find more like it
Supposedly they are working on some release, IIRC it's bits and bobs that they've written between Loveless and MBV. I give them until 2026.
Who here listened to this? Opinions? I love it desu but RYMfags don't seem to like it for some reason
it sounds exactly the same as their last album but i still enjoyed it
Their last album had more emo influences, I feel. On this one they turned up the fuzz and toned down the emo.
Posting local band from Chile, they released an EP last year and recorded a track with the Converse Rubber Tracks team, pretty good
yeah you're right about that
shit i forgot the link, they have their EP free here
