Sailfish OS is the only botnet free mobile OS

>Sailfish OS is the only botnet free mobile OS
>Sup Forums doesn't use it

Why?

You faggots are hypocrites.

Copperhead, also
>mobile phones except Librem 5
>secure
Yeah, sure

the only reason to use a mobile device is for quarantining your botnet activities

otherwise use a fucking dumbphone if you're looking for a call maker

I use it and Ubuntu Touch, plus I am a developer for Nemo Mobile

Fight me

Every time I see one of those huge rings pierced on anyone, I get the urge to yank on it.

>tattoo on their face OF A FUCKING LANDMASS
Why would an attractive girl do this?

*Fights you*

Proprietary GUI toolkit that was meant to have been open sourced, never happened.

I wish my Jolla 1 would charge and my n900 speaker still worked. Might grab a n9 and use it as a daily driver

If you care that much about "botnets" then you just shouldn't use a phone at all.

Because your mobile provider is literally tracking your calls and location.

>Proprietary GUI toolkit
Is it even that? I'm pretty sure its just a QT based UI

postmarketos
replicant
Halium

>*hugs* you without permission
>gets banned from OpenBSD

>Why?
Because it's deprecated as fuck due to Jolla not releasing new smartphones in almost a decade by now? The hardware is the reason why it's not adopted much, not software. Give me a new Jolla smartphone with hardware that's able to at least match modern Asus or Huawei smartphone of last two gens by sheer CPU and GPU performance, and I'll gladly be using it.

Qt was open sourced by Nokia 7 years ago

>why would someone have different taste than me
truly fascinating question you're asking here user

Protip: BEFORE YOU LIE, FIRST CHECK FACTS, JOLLA ISN'T EVEN 5 YEARS OLD SO HOW COULD THEY NOT RELEASE A PHONE IN A DECADE WHEN THEY JUST RELEASED A NEW PHONE WITH A FULL KEYBOARD A FEW DAYS AGO???

Silica (the sailfish GUI toolkit build on qt) is a mix of bsd and proprietary code as far as I can remember.

>supporting nationalism

what is this desu

gemini pda

Get me one and I'll use it.

>it was either that or the poo tattoo.

looks comfy, thank u

>implying I dont post this from my Sailfish X
The installation was a pain in the ass
How to capture screen on Sailfish?

volup + voldown

Thanks!

>using words you don't understand

>literally has a tattoo of india on their face

Still using my Jolla 1. It even got an update a couple days ago which is nice. To be honest I could get by with a simple dumbphone (because I'm a NEET). Sailfish OS is comfy to use. Silica being proprietary is a real shame though. Jolla also haven't refunded everyone who bought the bogus tablet yet. The company is trying to get thirdies to buy license for Sailfish but I've got a feeling it isn't flying so good

>doesn't realise it's makeup

I have a few questions user.

Google Sailfish X, you lazy nigger.
It’s Sailfish on Sony Xperia phones

AOSP without GoogleServices is free enough. You still can't escape separate embedded OS running in the Modem firmware that interfaces via UART with your primary OS. It tracks you and executes arbitrary code remotely by your LTE provider. LMAO brainlet.

>AOSP without GoogleServices is free enough.

NOPE

That too the wrong one
0/10

That's Freebsd baka

You mean PureOS and KDE Mobile. SailfishOS has a proprietary GUI.

Some newer Xperia phones support sailfish. Pretty sure Xperia X supports it officially.
Also Gemini now has a Sailfish build.

Don't get your hopes up. It's overpriced now. They recently bumped the price up by 200 USD. Buying it now would be a mistake.

>ubuntu phone
>firefoxOS

sailfish is not the only botnet free option you fucking idiot
