What is the best audio player for Windows and why is it Foobar?
What is the best audio player for Windows and why is it Foobar?
Why is it closed-source?
>using windows
mediamonkey dude. i installed it about a year ago and its amazing. the only thing i wish it had was to add individual files to your library rather than only having ability to add by entire folder.
other than that, its really good, and not complicated like foobar.
AIMP is good
Clementine
You can't rice it though so it isn't popular here
Agreed.
You mean AIMP right user?
>and not complicated like foobar.
you don't belong on Sup Forums.
>caring about open source software when you use a closed source OS
yeah I think I'll stick with foobar.
windows media player
I hate all the desktops OSes but I want open-source ones to be less shitty at least and I hate those closed-source MPC-HC guys and the likes of them..
I mean madshi or whatever the fuck. MPC-HC is FOSS.
no
>Not using Tidal instead
>not having 1tb+ of music on a hard drive and spotify premium
Do you even idort?
Clementine and audacious.
To hide the malware
delet
>CLOSED SOURCE! CLOSED SOURCE! PROPRIETARY! MEEP MEEP MEEP
you're a muppet who's been drinking too much of the Sup Forums koolaid
Like you could improve the source of madshi you autistic shit.
MusicBee is best.
...
Foobar suckd nasty old balls listening to an mp3 over a LAN connection via wireless, using Bluetooth headphones.
Groove Music player sounded fine.
Foobar SUCKS OP
audacious, can actually organize your music by multiple fucking columns at once (aka artist, date, album, and song number). how it works in foobar you can never have all at once and it will fuck up if you try to organize by three different things. other than that its identical for me
IDGAF about improving madshithead's work, it's built on a shit foundation to begin with. I just hate how people think someone's software is such hot shit that no one else can do better. Calm down.
All I did was ask why.
@65032041
No (You) for (You), (You) fucking faggot.
>windows
tell me where the pain hurt on the doll - you deaf cunt
Clementine's shuffle/random algorithm is objectively wrong and the devs refuse to fix it.
>a shitty bloatnet with useless features
just use ncmpcpp or cmus.
AIMP
the only right answer
Foobar is like VLC, it's just shit from past.
I need a Linux audio player with ID3 tag library that can extract archive files (zip, 7z...).
