Can we agree this is the greatest peak of any band ever?

kid a is the best album of all time

Yr mum reached higher peaks when i tickle her pussy if ya kno what i mean

I always liked OK Computer.

as far as pop music that introduced the masses to a really unique sound and generally succeeded at remaining a gateway to great music almost two decades after its release, i think i can concede that. as far as being the most quality peak of any artist ever, i'd disagree strongly.

OK Computer --> Amnesiac is the greatest album trilogy of all time

that's not In Rainbows, TKOL and AMSP

Agreed

topkek

wew

That's not Leviathan --> Crack the Skye

holy embryo

agreed

this

Nope.

Radiohead's fans are literally: i'm 16 and i think radiohead's music is deep impressive.

They just make pop music for ~le deep teenagers

>The National Anthem
>Idioteque

>pop music

yeah Amnesiac and TKOL is so top 40

I agree those are some nice mountains.

aaaaaaaaa holy fuck

Yes, they are.

Radiohead fans mostly do not like TKOL for precisely that reason. Amnesiac is hardly mentioned.

give me an example of truly deep and impressive modern music

Death Grips

>predictable.jpg

kek

Blackstar :^)
Also, all memes aside, Kendrick Lamar

>muh jazz & funk influenced beat selection

topkek

give me a particular example, youtube link etc and I'll tell you what I think

>Shits on Radiohead for being too pop
>Brings up Death Grips
As if most of Bottomless Pit and songs from The Money Store weren't accessible to the top 40 crowd.

...

Tim Hecker, Gris, OPN, The Caretaker

Anco, ye, modest mouse.

For fuck's sake

That's not In a Silent Way ---> On the Corner

whoever the real goddamn slim shady is, give me particular examples/links

Nigga, I'm almost 30.

Neither of these are

Amnesiac --> HTTT --> In Rainbows

>30 years old
>still listen to music made for teenagers with deep complex

Its even worse dude

give me a particular example of more impressive music

you still haven't posted a single link

Dont you know Tim Hecker?

he is an artist. do you want to suggest a track or I need to listen to the whole discography?

>a track

an LP then?

Go back one.

OKC/Kid A is the greatest peak in popular music history

Have a (you) on me

Electronic music for babies.

Listen to Aphex Twin, Autechre or Boards of Canada instead

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berlin_Trilogy

no fucking way in hell. just no

no, but Station to Station - "Heroes" is a contender

radiohead fanboys have the shittiest taste

True.
Kid A/Amnesiac is most certainly not, tho.

OP here, sorry I posted the wrong image.

what do you consider to be an impressive track from the trilogy?

Sure we can, but why'd you include a picture of amnesiac next to that?

It was a mistake

Yeah, I like the music. Same reason why I listen to Illmatic occasionally, and all kinds of shit.

Because Amnesiac is just as good as Kid A and it was recorded at the same time. They're both part of the same era for the band and I consider it to be their peak.

No. They are the biggest cases of a previously good band reaching record levels of shit.

I don't understand how you can go from OK Computer to Kid A and drop off that hard. How do you go from a 10/10 to a 0/10?

...

That's not MBDTF, Yeezus and Pablo

have you ever shown death grips to the top40 crowd?
I've Seen Footage is still hard to get into for most

808s -> MBDTF -> YZS

This is really close though, I really like OKC and AMN but I feel like KidA is overrated.

pretty good but its no dropout trilogy
