The only Grados that are worth it are the ones made by Joseph Grado, the father of the moneygrubbing lazy John Grado who currently runs the company.
If you're willing to drop $1700-$2300 on HP1000/HP2 then go for it. I own a pair of HP2 and they're great if you want a detailed and neutral headphone. Just don't expect them to be an experience you'll enjoy right away. The way they sit and not really emphasize any particular aspect of sound will be jarring to those who are used to headphones with distinct sound signatures.

Here's what I have to say:
first of all, the posts on schiit are just there to stop more people from funding a shitty corp with shitty customer service. If you're satisfied with your stack and are not suffering from the % of people who had things like misaligned volume knobs, or hear noise from their modi because it's sensitive to USB power which depends on your computer, whether you have ground loops and other factors.. if you are not among the people affected, you do not need to replace your schiit stack. At least until the hardware stops functioning you don't. If you are -already satisfied- with what you have right now, changing DACs will not improve your sound. It would have, if you had issues like noise. Don't feel pushed to change your hardware if it works for you even if Schiit sucks as a company. Keep your money, you can always spend it later on a dac/amp combo when you feel compelled to.
If you still feel the need to buy something new right now. Or maybe would want something with nice aesthetics. You've got some money to spend and just want to make yourself happy with a good product. You could order a Topping D50 or OL DAC, and an EL AMP. JDS Labs gear can be ordered with custom engravings which is pretty nice.
Ignore people bashing on your headphones. You like them, you keep them.
