There's both the fact you probably downloaded the other applications and not just the driver bundle and also the part where they package a shitload of drivers for different cards in their bundle to make it idiot proof.
Just get rid of the older ones if you're having issues with space.

I thought those drivers are heavy because incompetent AAA game devs can't fix their own graphics bugs and they leave them to the GPU manufacturer to make workarounds in their specific games to solve it into his drivers, and is stockpiling since them.
