not very, you really should be using icecat or esr. but if and when this feature gets there it should be good, so long as you remember to disable any kind of plugins, cache, cookies, scripts, and idiosyncratic adblock filter lists or uncommon add-ons with the potential to uniquely identify you through chrome: pages, and define generic fonts e.g Arial, times New Roman to be used on all sites, be mindful of referer and accept headers and a ton of other stuff ....
at least it's a step in the right direction.
